Payment

Payment can be made on the checkout page via Worldpay using a debit or credit card in Pound Sterling

Your order will not be processed until the funds have cleared in our account. Once the funds have cleared, you will receive a confirmation email

Shipping

UK – Standard UK Delivery is £3.50 plus £1 per additional item

International – International Delivery is £10 per item


Delivery

Orders for the UK (excluding Channel Islands) will be sent via myHermes courier

Orders for the Channel Islands will be sent via Royal Mail

Orders for International customers will be sent via Airmail

When your order has been despatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your parcel tracking information


Returns

Due to the personalised nature of Pandoras Box Shoes, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure your order is correct before proceeding with your order


Shoes

The availibility of particular shoe sizes and colours is at the discretion of our suppliers and is unknown until your order is received. We will contact you to discuss other options should we be unable to fulfil your order


Order Amendments

Changes to your order including design, size, style, colour and brand will be accepted however this may delay the despatch of your order depending on the timing of the amendments. Please quote your order number when requesting order amendments
